Are you ready…Christmas is coming!!

Before the hustle and bustle of the holiday season arrive, I wanted to share something I found that will help all of us think of others first.  Even as we celebrate the birth of our Savior, it’s easy to get a little “me-focused” as we think about the gifts we would like to see under the tree on Christmas morning.  What if we were more intentional about thinking about the needs of others this year?

You are probably familiar with Advent calendars, but what about a Random Acts of Christmas Kindness Advent Calendar!  Each day features something nice you can do for someone else, like:

– Make a card for a soldier

– Let someone go ahead of you in line

– Give treats to the mail carrier

The calendar is free, and could be a great way to get your family into the spirit of the Christmas season.
