It may seem too simple to be true, but this Navy Seal Admiral explains why if you want to change the world, you should start your day by making your bed.
My father, who served in the USN in WW II, taught my siblings and I the exact same thing! We would make our beds, all tight and tidy, then he would jokingly bounce a quarter off the bed to see if it would bounce. If it did, we passed. There really is something to it, I believe. It’s very rare that I don’t make my bed first thing in the morning, but probably 98% of the time I do because, as little of a task as it is, when your house is in order, it will effect other aspects of your life. And, there is nothing better, at the end of the day, than pulling back the covers and crawling into a bed that is neat and tidy! Thank you for sharing the video!!
