In Her Shoes 5K

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

After a year that defied prediction, expectation, and even imagination, we’re excited to again have the chance to gather for Bridgehaven Pregnancy Support Center's annual 5K walk/run! In Her Shoes 2021 will take place, with proper precautions and virtual participation options, on May 1, 2021. This fundraiser is a fun way to get involved with the ministry and is great for individuals, families, and participants of all ages. All proceeds go directly to supporting the important work Bridgehaven does in our community. The in-person walk/run will take place at the ITC Pavilion and trail at Noelridge Park, with check-in beginning at 8AM and things kicking off at 9AM. If you would like to join the effort virtually, we invite you to still sign up and raise support in the same way. *This year’s run/walk will include virtual and in-person options with Covid-19 precautions.

An Evening with Mark Gregston of Parenting Today's Teens

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Families in North Iowa are in an unprecedented season of crisis. Depression, substance abuse, bullying, and other social pressures attack teens daily. Social unrest and disillusionment with authority are becoming the norm. The pandemic of 2020 has intensified the demands as parents and school labor to steer the coming generation. This event is a chance for parents to gain tools (or the lifeline) they desperately need for an expert who has worked with teens and their families for 40 years. Mark will share inspiration and encouragement on working with our teens. This event is free, but registration is required.

The Imaginators

7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Anne and Tim are the new kids in the neighborhood. Determined to make a good impression for the popular kids in school, Anne forbids Tim to play with the girl next door, the amazing Nina, which he ignores. Through play, they discover the worth of their personal strengths, the value of cooperation, and the unlimited power of imagination.
