Life 101.9 and University of Northwestern – St Paul are offering a free online course “Navigating Grief with Humor”, which is designed for both grievers and those who desire to help.
Details: Dr. Melissa Mork will walk students through a 6-week study that includes types of grief, tasks of grief, coping styles, factors of resilience, and strategies for finding meaning and purpose in grief. The online course begins Monday, October 28.
