A job with a livable wage

We handle our finances well and have been living off a part-time income. I need a full-time position that pays a fair wage. My current and previous supervisors can’t believe I haven’t been able to find anything. I’ve been told I am the top choice until someone else comes along during the interview many times. I’ve had mock interviews, and people have looked over my resume, but no one has been able to figure out what I am doing wrong.
